Everyone of us are BORN to be leaders. Our created purpose is to LEAD, MANAGE, RULE, and GOVERN the earth and all its facets. This leadership potential should manifest in direct correlation with our God given purpose. You see, You are wired for a specific purpose and assignment. Your life is not about simply existing or biding time. You have a destiny, and it is to LEAD in some area, some arena, for some specific assignment.

One of the most unfortunate things I see in the context of the religious system is that somehow we have been relegated to a posture of "holding on", "if I can just make it", or the worst one, "in the sweet by and by". What a perverted mindset! What a defeatist mentality. If I understand God's Word, we have been SET in the earth to live life, and LIFE ABUNDANTLY. Our hope is not deferred to some far away time and place. Our lives can be lived with PURPOSE, PROSPERITY, JOY, and FULFILLMENT here! Our lives are destined for greatness! You are full of leadership potential. Your are capable, and you are marked for greatness.

I encourage you to search yourself, and discover the leadership potential God has granted you. Commit to the process of developing yourself. Allow your mind to SEE life from a different angle. Greatness is in you!
